• You disagree with the score you received
• You feel like the hidden patch can't be matched
• There's an unreachable value
• Something else…

Please do the following:

1. Make sure you have the latest version installed. If you still encounter the issue with the latest version…
2. Go through the patch recreation process in the challenge and submit it.
3. Then go into the Help Menu at the top and select “Send Feedback”. 
4. Fill in the requested info and hit Send. Syntorial will automatically attach your patch and the hidden patch so we can take a look.
