If you normally log into your online account with Google or Facebook login, you won't be able to log into the iPad app since it only allows email-based login (google/facebook coming soon). Do the following:
- Log into your online account.
- From the top left dropdown select “Profile”
- In the “Login” row you should see “Facebook” or “Google”. And next to that you should see a “Change To Email” link. Click it.
- You should then see a “Reset Password” link appear. Click it, reset your password.
- Log into the iPad app with your email and new password.
If the above doesn't apply, or doesn't fix it, other issues can sometimes arise when:
- Copying/pasting your info. Try instead manually typing in your email and password.
- Using a password helper app. Again try entering your password in manually.
- Using a connected keyboard. Try instead using the iPad onscreen keyboard.
- Using the TAB key to switch from the email field to the password field. Try tapping into the password field instead.
- Does your password have spaces in it? Reset your password to one without spaces.
- Make sure your email address is all lowercase.
