- Set your computer's default audio input to the mic you're trying to use:
If both of those options are set correctly, go to https://mictests.com/ to test your mic. Run the full test and listen back to the recording.
- If it isn't working properly in the test you may need to change additional device settings. Please consult your device's troubleshooting documentation.
- If your mic works properly in the test, submit a request at the top right of this page and we'll help you get things working.
