- Start by closing all current tabs except Audible Genius, and then refresh the page. If this doesn't help...
- Enable "Reduce CPU" mode:
- While in a Challenge: Open the DAW Settings menu via the arrow button at the top right, and click "Reduce CPU" at the bottom.
- While in the Studio: Add a track if there isn't already one added, open the DAW Settings menu via the arrow button at the top right, and click "Reduce CPU" at the bottom.
- NOTE: The visual animation may become a little delayed in Reduce CPU mode
Chrome Users
- Enable Chrome's Hardware Acceleration.
- Go into Settings
- Scroll down and click Advanced
- Under System, enable "Use hardware acceleration when available"
- Relaunch the browser
- Test for extension issues.
- Launch Audible Genius in a new incognito window.
- If the audio glitches stop, leave the incognito mode and disable all extensions.
- Then, enable one extension at a time and test to see if the audio glitches return. If they do, it's being caused by that extension.
Safari Users
- If the above solutions don't help we recommend switching to Chrome, Opera, or Edge.
