If the videos won't load at all, see here. If the videos are lagging behind, freezing, or having any other kind of strange playback issue:

Fix 1: Test Vimeo.

Our videos are hosted by Vimeo. So:

1. Make sure your browser is able to play videos on Vimeo by going here.
2. If it doesn't play correctly on Vimeo, contact Vimeo to troubleshoot. Once it plays there, it should play in Building Blocks.

Fix 2: Try a different browser
