You can either:
- Unlock an individual lesson via the Table Of Contents by clicking its 3-dot menu and selecting "Unlock Lesson"
- Unlock all lessons at once:
- Mac/Windows: Options menu at the top -> Unlock All Lessons
- iPad: Menu at the top left -> Unlock All Lessons

Mac/Windows
- Open the Table Of Contents with the "<<" button in the top left corner
- Right or CTRL-Click any lesson and select "Unlock Lesson"
- A "Go" button will appear. Click it to launch the lesson.
iPad
- Open the Table Of Contents with the "Menu" button in the top left corner
- Swipe left/right on any lesson and a "Go" button will appear. Click it to launch the lesson.
